$27M Building Permit Submitted for Jacksonville's First Mormon Temple

Parkway CandA, LP applied on behalf of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for a $27 million building permit on July 2 to construct Jacksonville's first Mormon temple at 3325 Loretto Road. The 29,000-square-foot facility will include rooms designed for specific religious events like marriage and baptism, built on a 6.6-acre parcel the Church purchased for $7.15 million in early 2024.
